What we build in every city
We build the same four things everywhere we work, and each is designed around your home, your slab and your neighborhood’s rules.
Insulated aluminum patio covers
Shade for a patio, with a foam core between two aluminum skins to slow the heat.
Screen rooms and porch enclosures
Airflow without the bugs, with options for ceiling fans and pet doors.
Sunrooms
A finished room you can use in more months, with air conditioning options.
Pergolas
Cedar or aluminum, for partial shade and a defined outdoor space.
Permit rules change from city to city
Each city sets its own permit process, so the steps, forms and timelines are different depending on where you live.
That is why we build the permit into every project. We prepare the drawings and file the permit in our name, then coordinate the city’s inspections. Homes in an HOA also need HOA approval, which is separate from the city permit. All cities require our name and the homeowner’s name.
Want to see how it works in your area? Read our local guides for Georgetown, Leander and Cedar Park. We are adding more cities over time.
How we work anywhere we serve
- In-home visit. We measure, look at your slab and drainage, and talk through what you want.
- Itemized quote. You see the cost of each part before you decide.
- Permits and approvals. We handle the city permit and support your HOA request.
- Build and inspection. We build, coordinate inspections and finish with a walk-through. Your work is backed by our written workmanship warranty.
