Do you give free estimates?
How do you handle project management and communication throughout my project?
Landmark Custom Exteriors’ project management is handled through email, phone calls, and text communications. We strive to be in contact with you once a week. Sometimes there is nothing new to report as we wait for HOA/permit approval, or material delivery. But we understand the importance of consistent communication.
Are you licensed and insured?
Patio cover, sunrooms, screen rooms, and pergolas do not require a license. If your project requires any other trades (electrician, HVAC, or plumbing), we use licensed and insured contractors.
Yes, Landmark Custom Exteriors does maintain our own insurance policy.
What is your warranty?
We offer a 5-year labor warranty on Insulated Aluminum Patio Covers, Conventional Patio Covers, Screen Rooms, Pergolas, EZE Breeze Rooms, Sunroom framing, and replacement window framing. We have a 2-year labor warranty on Sunroom windows and replacement windows.
We offer 20-year limited lifetime warranties on Insulated Aluminum Patio Covers, Screen Rooms, Conventional Patio Covers, Pergolas. Sunrooms have a 20-year limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a lifetime warranty on the window. EZE Breeze Rooms have a 20-year warranty on the frame and a 10-year warranty on the vinyl windows.
